Cancellation Policy

Ozysa Cancellation Policy

At Ozysa, we allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still request a return after receiving the product (see our Return Policy).

Non-cancellable items include perishable goods, digital products, and personalized items.

Approved cancellations will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Ozysa বাতিলকরণ নীতি

Ozysa-তে, আমরা নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীর অধীনে অর্ডার বাতিলকরণের অনুমতি দিই:

অর্ডার দেওয়ার ১০ ঘন্টার মধ্যে অথবা অর্ডার পাঠানোর আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যেতে পারে।

অর্ডার পাঠানো হয়ে গেলে, এটি বাতিল করা যাবে না। তবে, পণ্যটি পাওয়ার পরেও আপনি ফেরত দেওয়ার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন (আমাদের ফেরত নীতি দেখুন)।

বাতিলযোগ্য নয় এমন পণ্যগুলির মধ্যে পচনশীল পণ্য, ডিজিটাল পণ্য এবং ব্যক্তিগতকৃত আইটেম অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

অনুমোদিত বাতিলকরণগুলি ৫-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে সম্পূর্ণরূপে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
